About our Founder
At the early age of nine, I often found myself home alone. Both my parents worked late into the night, and my siblings were rarely home before evening. Out of curiosity and necessity, I began preparing my own meals, experimenting with ingredients and techniques in our small kitchen. What started as a simple way to feed myself soon became a deep passion that shaped the course of my life.
After graduating from a local culinary school, I left for Singapore at eighteen to pursue my dream of becoming a renowned chef. The years that followed became a journey of growth, discovery, and refinement, a pursuit of excellence that continues to this day.
With under a decade of experience across catering, French pastry cafés, and 1 to 2 Michelin-starred restaurants, I bring refined, restaurant-quality cuisine directly to your home. Every dish reflects not only skill and creativity but also a story, one that begins with the ingredient and ends with a presentation crafted from the heart.
I believe a meal is more than its flavour or appearance. It is an entire experience, from the first aroma to the final bite, each moment carefully designed to create something unforgettable. Whether it is an intimate dinner for two or a celebration for twenty, my goal is to turn every dining occasion into a lasting memory.
